Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Tracking numbers
Once your order has shipped, please check your emails for tracking info. Once tracking numbers are received please contact the postal carrier for updates, expected delivery date.
Exchanges
Only excepted if it’s an error on our part. To complete the exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All sales are final. It is very important you select the right description, length and wig size you want so you are 100% satisfied. Please double check your order before submitting. Due to the nature of this product there are NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.
